This exceptional pesto consists of 57% Bronte pistachios. These pistachios are considered the best in Italy because there, on the east coast of Sicily, there are optimal conditions for the cultivation of the popular stone fruit, which was processed here very puristically with only extra virgin olive oil and salt to form a chunky pesto.
