San Giuliano Primér EVOO 500ml

Only 40 hectares of the best San Giuliano estates in the Alghero area have been dedicated to the production of this Extra Virgin olive oil.
Primér means "the first" in the local dialect, the name chosen by the Manca family for this oil obtained from the first olives harvested, before the onset of the winter mistral winds.

Aroma: harmonious and balanced fragrance, with floral and herbaceous notes and fruity hints of apple and banana
Flavour: complex and rich in nuances with pleasantly bitter and spicy notes and harmonious and decisive tones of wild cardoon and fresh wils herbs
