LA CAMPOFILONE EGG LASAGNA SHEETS
The "La Campofilone" pasta sheets can also be used without pre-cooking. To enjoy excellent homemade lasagna, just spread layers of pasta in an oven pan, alternating them with abundant seasoning (an excellent traditional ragù, a tomato sauce, or alternatively, a sauce based on seasonal vegetables ) and adding mozzarella, bechamel and grated parmesan. Put in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes. In this case, always remember to prepare a more liquid sauce. If you prefer, you can cook the pasta by immersing it in boiling salted water for about a minute, and then proceed to prepare the lasagna as above.
Ideal quantity for 2-3 servings
Cooking time: 1-2 minutes in boiling water
